Welcome to 1mwall

1mwall is a public digital billboard. The wall has one million pixels. The city display has separate timed screens and smaller spots.

You can:

• Claim pixels permanently — drag an empty block on the wall and pay for that area. Use a website (we pull a public logo) or upload an image.
• Buy advertising time — put a listing on a premium city screen or a micro spot for a duration shown at checkout.

These are separate purchases unless we explicitly say otherwise at checkout.

Important: 1mwall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any cryptocurrency, token, Pump.fun, crypto livestream, or financial project. Buying pixels or advertising space is not an investment and does not create ownership, token rights, equity, or financial returns.

Permanent pixel claims

The wall contains a limited number of pixels. Occupied pixels cannot be claimed again.

You choose an available area. Once you click Claim, we hold that inventory for about six minutes while you complete checkout on Dodo Payments. Others cannot start checkout for the same pixels or display spot while your hold is active. The hold starts when checkout begins, not when you only drag or preview an area.

Your price is based on:

Width × Height × Current Price Per Pixel

For example:

• 10 × 10 pixels = 100 pixels
• At $0.49 per pixel = $49

1mwall shows that total in US dollars. The payment page may convert it to another currency and add tax. Once payment is successfully confirmed, those pixels are assigned to your listing.

What “permanent” means

Your pixel claim does not automatically expire.

Your listing may remain associated with those pixels for as long as 1mwall continues to operate, subject to these Rules and our Terms.

“Permanent” does not mean:

• 1mwall is guaranteed to exist forever
• the website will never change
• the design or technology will never be updated
• prohibited or illegal content can never be removed

We will not intentionally sell the same successfully claimed pixels to another listing.

Advertising time

Advertising time is a timed slot on a city screen or micro spot. It is not a wall pixel claim.

Durations and USD prices are shown before you pay. For example:

• 5 minutes
• 10 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 1 hour
• 6 hours
• 24 hours

When the advertising period ends, the promotional placement ends.

Your permanent pixel claim remains unaffected if you also have one.

Buying advertising time does not give you ownership of additional pixels.

Buying permanent pixels does not automatically include advertising time unless explicitly stated.

Timed ads use the same checkout hold as wall pixels. When you click Claim on a premium screen, micro spot, bottom spot, or featured spot, that surface is held for about six minutes while you pay. Others cannot start checkout for it during the hold.

No guaranteed leads or results

Buying pixels or advertising space on 1mwall does not guarantee any particular result.

Your listing may receive visibility from visitors to 1mwall and may generate clicks, leads, customers, sales, or other opportunities. However, we do not guarantee any minimum number of:

• Visitors
• Impressions
• Clicks
• Leads
• Sign-ups
• Customers
• Sales
• Revenue
• Any other commercial result

Results depend on factors including your listing, creative, offer, destination, placement, timing, audience, and traffic to 1mwall.

You are purchasing digital billboard placement and/or advertising visibility—not guaranteed traffic, leads, customers, sales, or revenue.

Your listing

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You must have the right and authority to use:

• Your logo or image
• Your brand or project name
• Your destination URL
• Any other content you submit

If you enter a website, we may fetch a public logo and preview from that site so the wall can display it. We may crop or resize images to fit the selected pixels or screen.

You may not pretend to represent another person, company, or brand without authorization.

What you cannot list

You may not use 1mwall to promote or link to:

• Scams, fraud, phishing, or deceptive schemes
• Malware or harmful software
• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Content involving or exploiting minors
• Hate speech or unlawful threats
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Impersonation
• Content intended to deceive visitors
• Any destination that creates a significant legal or security risk

We may remove or restrict listings that violate these Rules.

Links

Your listing link must lead to the destination you submit.

We may reject, disable, or remove links that:

• Redirect visitors deceptively
• Lead to phishing or malware
• Change into prohibited content after approval
• Attempt to exploit visitors
• Violate applicable law

We may remove unnecessary tracking or referral parameters.

Moderation

We may review listings before or after they appear on 1mwall.

We may refuse, hide, disable, edit, or remove a listing if we reasonably believe it:

• Violates these Rules or our Terms
• Violates applicable law
• Infringes someone else's rights
• Is deceptive, malicious, or harmful
• Creates a legal, security, or reputational risk

Removal for a violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Payments

You pay on Dodo Payments’ hosted checkout. A pixel claim or advertising purchase is completed only after that checkout confirms a successful charge.

When you click Claim, we place a short hold on that wall area or display surface while you pay. Others cannot start checkout for the same inventory during the hold. If checkout fails, is cancelled, is declined, or is abandoned before a successful charge, you are not charged, the hold is released, and no listing is placed. Starting Claim again opens a new checkout; we do not resume an old unpaid session.

1mwall prices are in USD. The payment page may show another currency and tax based on billing country or location. You can often switch back to USD. Pay the total shown on the payment page. Local methods such as UPI may reject amounts that still work as a USD card charge.

Refunds

Unless required by applicable law:

Completed purchases that result in a live listing are final and non-refundable.

If you were charged but we could not place the listing (for example the space was taken or your hold expired before confirmation), we attempt to refund you automatically through Dodo Payments. Failed, cancelled, or abandoned checkout before a charge is not a refund situation because you were not charged.

This non-refund policy also includes situations where:

• Your advertising time expires
• You are later outranked or visually surrounded by other listings
• You receive fewer clicks or visitors than expected
• Your listing performs poorly
• You change your mind
• The appearance or layout of the wall changes
• You pay in a local currency and tax or conversion fees apply

Listings removed for violations may also be non-refundable.

No investment or financial return

1mwall is a digital billboard and advertising platform.

Pixels and advertising space are not securities, investments, tokens, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, shares, equity, or financial products.

Buying pixels does not give you:

• Ownership of 1mwall
• Equity or shares
• Voting rights
• Token rights
• Cryptocurrency
• Revenue sharing
• Profit sharing
• Dividends
• Guaranteed appreciation
• Any financial return

Do not purchase pixels or advertising space with an expectation of investment returns.
